Overland, Missouri
Where every dish is prepared with the patience of tradition and the precision of craft — from our house-made pasta to our dry-aged steaks, nothing is rushed, nothing is ordinary.
Our Story
Restaurant Su Casita was born from a simple conviction: that a meal should be an event worth remembering. Located along Woodson Road in Overland, our dining room has been a gathering place for families, celebrations, and quiet evenings out since 1998.
Our kitchen draws from the traditions of Italian and American cuisine, but we do not consider tradition a cage. Each dish is built from the ingredients we trust — locally sourced produce, prime cuts from regional farms, and pasta made daily in-house. The result is a menu that feels both timeless and entirely its own.
We believe hospitality is not performed; it is practiced. Every guest who sits at our table is treated with the same care we would extend to our own family. That is the standard, and it has never been negotiable.

What We Do Best
Three disciplines, one kitchen, a shared commitment to excellence.
Every shape, every sauce, every plate begins with dough mixed and rolled in our kitchen each morning. We do not outsource what we can perfect ourselves.
Sourced from trusted regional farms and aged in-house for no fewer than 28 days. The result is a depth of flavor and tenderness that cannot be rushed.
Our sommelier-curated collection features over 120 selections from Italy, France, and the Pacific Northwest — each chosen to elevate the meal beside it.
